The MiriMap 2000+ software package is an easy to use but powerful software tool. The Windows NT/98 software provides the means to easily configure telemetry systems from simple point to point links to complex SCADA networks.
Up to 2048 nodes can be accommodated in a single network.
In each network the AD2000 series hardware can act as a master or slave, or as a store and forward station. In addition to the mapping functions, MiriMap 2000+ provides the facility for datalogging and PLC functionality via the IEC1131.3 Ladder Diagram interface (for further details on the PLC functions see the section on Ladder Diagrams).
This means that each node in the network can act as a local PLC or datalogger as well as an RTU.
